BidRadar ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by BidRadar Technologies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your information when you use our platform at bidradar.in.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Name, email address, company name, industry, GST number and password when you register.
Company profile: Industry, keywords, certifications, turnover, employee size, city and state that you provide during onboarding.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the platform, browser type and IP address.
Payment information: Payment is processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We only receive payment confirmation and transaction ID.
Communications: Emails you send to our support team.

2. How We Use Your Information

To match government tenders to your company profile and send email alerts.
To provide, maintain and improve the BidRadar platform.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To send you service-related emails (alerts, billing, updates).
To respond to your support queries.
To analyse usage patterns and improve our matching algorithms.

3. Tender Data

BidRadar crawls publicly available government procurement portals including CPPP (eprocure.gov.in) and various state portals. All tender data displayed on BidRadar is publicly available information sourced from official government websites. We do not claim ownership of this data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

Supabase: Our database provider for storing account and company data.
Razorpay: Our payment processor for handling subscription payments.
Resend: Our email service provider for sending tender alerts and notifications.
Anthropic: AI processing for tender analysis features (anonymised queries only).
Legal requirements: If required by law, court order or government authority.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.
