Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using BidRadar. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BidRadar at bidradar.in, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

BidRadar is a government tender intelligence platform that monitors publicly available government procurement portals, matches tenders to your company profile using AI, and delivers alerts via email. We do not guarantee award of any tender, nor do we represent any government body.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use BidRadar.
• One account per organisation. Multiple user seats are available on Growth and Enterprise plans.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• BidRadar offers paid plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) billed monthly.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• No refunds are provided for partial months.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial period as specified at signup. No payment method is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access to matched tenders will be restricted until a paid plan is activated. Trial periods are non-extendable except at our sole discretion.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BidRadar for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to scrape, copy or reproduce our platform or tender database.
• Share your account credentials with individuals outside your organisation.
• Use automated tools to access the platform in ways not intended.
• Misrepresent your company details to manipulate tender matching.
• Resell or sublicense access to BidRadar.

7. Tender Data Accuracy

BidRadar sources tender information from publicly available government portals. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all tender information is complete, current or error-free. Users should always verify tender details directly on the official government portal before submitting a bid. BidRadar is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on tender data displayed on our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

The BidRadar platform, including its design, features, algorithms and branding, is owned by BidRadar Technologies. Tender data sourced from government portals remains the property of the respective government bodies. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our platform or proprietary content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidRadar Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, missed tenders or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

BidRadar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the tender matching will result in successful bid awards.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@bidradar.in. Upon termination, your access to matched tender data will cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of BidRadar after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
