If you are not satisfied with BidRadar within your first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us at support@bidradar.in and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment. No questions asked.
After the first 30 days, we do not offer refunds for subsequent billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not refund charges already incurred.
No payment is required during the free trial period. There is nothing to refund during the trial.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@bidradar.in. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days.
Refunds may be declined if we determine the account has violated our Terms of Service, including but not limited to misuse of the platform or fraudulent activity.
